Order Processing
• Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer to ship; estimated production times will be provided at checkout.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer several shipping options at checkout, including:
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.
• Overnight Shipping: Available for urgent orders (processing time still applies).
Delivery times vary based on your location and carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us before purchasing.
• Some glass products may have restrictions in certain locations; please check your local regulations before purchasing.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has been marked as delivered, Beez Glassworks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier or file a claim with them directly.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective item, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
